Teaching with ICT (information communication technology) is way to improve one's lesson. But we have to be careful, a good lesson is not about which tools we use, but about how we use them. The teacher must first know what he wants to explain, what he want the students to understand. Then he must know the students in order to give them what they want. And only then, he can use ICT if it improves the lesson. ICT tools should not be a substitution tool, but an improvement tool.
